IllaZilla album art Put It In Your EarsToday’s Music:
    Djizoes – Ride the Flames
Burns Out Bright – Watership Down
    Helsingfors – Russian Inversion Notation

The Burns Out Bright track is from the compilation Emo is Awesome / Emo is Evil put out by Deep Elm Records. What kind of music is emo? Why not check Wikipedia? Specifically, why not consult the Wikipedia San Diego emo and punk expert IllaZilla.

album art is derived from Godzilla 9851 and DSC_0177 via Flickr.

Canadian Klingon album art - Put It In Your EarsR2D2 is a guy, right? There seems to be some confusion about that on Wikipedia.

Can you name any Canadian Klingons? Speaking of all things nerdy, what shows are acceptable to watch going forward? Babylon 5? Deep Space Nine? Stargate SG-1?

More importantly, what would Dana have to do to not get made fun of during the show?

Wikipedia Discussion Page Theater album art - Put It In Your Ears Episode 070Today we will be re-enacting a discussion from the Wikipedia Discussion Page for the game show The Price is Right.

We’d like to give HUGE props to Carla Lynne Hall for her voice over, who is so bad ass that her Twitter account was suspended. Have no fear, it’s back. Also, GIANT props to Josh from The Aeronautical Legends for his voice over. You might remember The Aeronautical Legends from episode 060 – Oh, the Huge Manatee!. Josh’s Twitter account is equally bad ass.

Action Toys - Episode 48 of Put It In Your Ears album artOur 50th published episode!

There’s a difference between never having someone hit on you and being oblivious to it. Don’t try it with Dana though, she’s generally not too nice to random dudes. Even ones with mustaches! Mustaches and mullets are like Canada’s national uniform. Can you believe it? Dana’s nice to the people behind the counter at sex shops, but not guys hitting on her.

Gavin and Rob’s experience in Canada is limited (can you believe it?!) but Rob’s been to Sherbrooke before. Does that count as experience? Naturally, the conversation devolves into talk about the Fleshlight, complete with bickering between Gavin and Dana. Too bad Rob can’t get through a conversation without laughing about something on Wikipedia. Also, the difference between the buttocks and the anus.

And a musical guest! Thank to Langley from Door From Hell Media.

Discussion Pages - Episode 41 of Put It In Your Ears album artWhere’s the line between fan fiction and official Star Wars fiction?

A show that’s half about absurd things on the internet (and our lives), you know we had to talk about the Star Wars universe and the fictional universe that surrounds it. We learned a few things that we did not really want to learn. What was the name of the Stormtrooper who was told “There aren’t the droids you’re looking for?” Both the actor AND the Stormtrooper. How many people died on the Death Star? Why does Han Solo understand Wookie and not speak it?
